Production stages
A job in production is at design, print or finishing. The person who takes the customer’s call can answer without walking to the machine.
Your own presets
Sizes, paper types, GSM, print types, colour modes, finishing and units are yours to define. Each one is a searchable dropdown with a create button, so a new paper stock is added while quoting rather than afterwards.
Line-by-line quotations
Quote each item with its own specification and quantity, and the totals follow the lines instead of being re-typed.
Its own number series
Jobs are numbered in a dedicated PJ- series that resets on the rules you set, independently of your invoice numbering.
Invoice from the job
Convert a completed job to an invoice in the same system, so the ledger entry and the job are the same record rather than two.
It does not work alone
Every module in Dailybuz shares one database, so the work carries across instead of being re-keyed. These are included at the same price.
