Quality
Record every nonconformance with what was done about the goods, find its root cause, and run corrective and preventive actions through to a checked close.
A rejected batch is noted in a register, the same defect comes back next month, and nobody can show an auditor why it happened or what was done to stop it.
What you get
Nonconformances with a disposition
Log what went wrong, where it was found, how much and how serious. It cannot close until someone decides what happens to the goods: use as is, rework, return to supplier or scrap.
From a failed inspection in one click
A rejected inspection in Inventory with no NCR shows on the Quality dashboard, and raising one fills in the item and the inspection for you.
Root cause, not just a fix
Work the cause out with 5 Whys or a fishbone on the CAPA itself. Actions cannot be planned until a root cause is written down.
Actions that are checked
A CAPA moves through investigate, act and verify. Once every action is done, an effectiveness check falls due, and the CAPA closes only when it worked, checked by someone other than its owner if you ask for that.
Rules the database keeps
Which severities need a CAPA, whether closing needs a root cause, and the due dates new records get are settings, enforced the same way from every screen.
What poor quality costs
Scrap, rework and returns are costed on each NCR. The dashboard shows the total this month and year, a Pareto of where problems come from, and how long open ones have been open.

It does not work alone
Every module in Dailybuz shares one database, so the work carries across instead of being re-keyed. These are included at the same price.
